1.) Calvin Reid. Some don’t know him, and those are the lucky ones. Others, mostly in the vampire community, do. There’s…a dark history there. I’ll fear him until the day either of us die, and something tells me I’ll be the one to greet death first.

Mm…so glad someone finally asked this question.
1.) I act on my instincts, my gut feeling. Most of my kind does for survival purposes. So, if I get a bad vibe from the very beginning? Consider you on my list. I might fuck up a lot, and I can’t say many good things about myself, but I can say that I’ve always been a good judge of character.
2.) I’m not close to a lot of people. Fuck with the people I am close to? Humanity or not, I’ll rip your throat out.
3.) The moment I catch you being dishonest with me, not only are you on my badside, but my suspicions will be raised. I have trust issues to begin with. Don’t hand me any more reasons that only strengthen those issues.
4.) It really bothers me when people don’t appreciate what they have, especially when it comes to family. Family is…the most important thing to me. Ever.

“Are you working with him?” the officer asked this time straight out. Before, he had skirted around the issue of bringing up the young lady’s possible accomplice, but now he was fed up and needed answers.
“No, I’ve never seen him before!” she said, tossing her hands up and then down into her lap for emphasis. She seemed just about as fed up as the frustrated officers.
